What I Do
I lead engineering for RedSail's pharmacy-data monetization platform — serving eight enterprise RWE and pharma manufacturer customers across three delivery motions: Datavant-tokenized feeds, identified PHI into customer-controlled Azure environments, and cross-source combined feeds joining multiple pharmacy systems.
The Datavant-tokenized customer set has grown ~50% YoY to $9M ARR — entirely on expansion, not new logos. Every account renewed, next-generation tokenized feeds delivered into each of them, plus a new combined feed adding expansion at a top RWE customer.
The Differentiation
Most RWE and pharma customer engineering teams know claims but not pharmacy transactions. I serve as the embedded translator on NCPDP-standard pharmacy-data fluency — join-key design, cross-source reconciliation, and file-format work — and provide the same technical framing on BD calls and contract reviews so commercial commitments match delivery reality.
I partner with business development on deals from technical review through delivery execution: sit in on new-business conversations, review draft contracts for delivery feasibility, then execute end-to-end through engineering handoff and customer stakeholder communication. I coordinate cross-product data sourcing across RedSail alongside our VP.
Regulatory & Data Governance
HIPAA compliance, Expert Determination coordination with third-party evaluators, proof-of-delivery audit trails, and provenance documentation for customer legal reviews. Building the engineering function — hiring, code standards, deployment discipline (Airflow, Terraform, GitHub Actions) — to remove single-person dependencies from customer delivery.

Background
Before RedSail I was Director, Full Stack Development at Nimble Solutions from 2021 to 2025. Reported to the CIO and led three functional engineering teams — software, data, and RPA, across US and offshore — through the company's inorganic growth phase. Technical partner to the CIO on four healthcare acquisitions; integrated 20+ practice management systems into a unified data warehouse via RPA-based extraction and API ingestion; shipped an AR reimbursement work queue that lifted rep throughput to 30+ claims/day.
Prior to Nimble, four years as Senior Full Stack Developer at Core & Main building enterprise data applications on C#/.NET and SQL. Twelve years of engineering across pharmacy, healthcare data, and enterprise systems. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, University of Phoenix.
