Lead engineering for RedSail's pharmacy-data monetization platform — serving eight enterprise RWE and pharma manufacturer customers across three delivery motions. Primary technical partner for customer relationships and BD.
Datavant-tokenized feeds for RWE aggregators, running on AWS Fargate + ECS + Snowflake. Identified PHI into customer-controlled Azure environments for buyers running their own tokenization engines. Cross-source combined feeds joining multiple pharmacy systems — the newest motion, unlocking expansion at existing accounts.
Datavant-tokenized customer set grew ~50% year-over-year to $9M ARR entirely through expansion — every account renewed, next-generation tokenized feeds delivered into each of them, plus a new combined feed adding expansion at a top RWE customer.
Most RWE and pharma customer engineering teams know claims but not pharmacy transactions. I serve as the technical translator into their data teams — join-key design, cross-source reconciliation, and file-format work — and provide the same framing on BD calls and contract reviews so commercial commitments match delivery reality.
HIPAA compliance, Expert Determination coordination with third-party evaluators, proof-of-delivery audit trails, and provenance documentation for customer legal reviews. Building the engineering function to remove single-person dependencies from customer delivery.

- Technical partner to the CIO on four healthcare acquisitions — supported technical due diligence, TCO analysis, integration sequencing, and stack rationalization. Traveled to Hyderabad to fold the acquired team into US operations.
- Designed and shipped an AR reimbursement work queue system — revenue-ordered, backed by historical AR aging — that lifted rep throughput to 30+ claims/day per rep.
- Integrated 20+ practice management systems into a unified data warehouse via RPA-based extraction and API ingestion — patterns that made post-acquisition system consolidation economically feasible instead of a rebuild-per-acquisition drag on margin.
- Partnered with CIO, VP of Infrastructure, and CISO on technical strategy, vendor evaluations, and annual capex/opex planning; established CI/CD (60% deployment-time reduction) and 90%+ test coverage across US and offshore teams.
